Jennifer Grigg has over 25 years in the fire service in various roles-firefighter, fire prevention officer, fire service instructor-and is also a speaker and consultant with extensive experience in emergency services training, leadership development, and public education.

She has served as a provincial fire instructor and has delivered training across a variety of fire service and emergency response disciplines. Jennifer has also developed educational programs and presented at emergency service conferences on topics including mental health, communication, leadership, and resilience within high-stress professions.

Known for her engaging and relatable teaching style, Jennifer brings both operational experience and a strong understanding of human performance, communication, and team dynamics to her work with organizations and communities.
